Robert Kevin Lee, Esq.

Bob has lived in Los Angeles the majority of his life. Bob earned his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1990.  He currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA and has been in private practice for the last 21 years. Bob has vast legal experience, and is well respected in the legal community. A 1987 graduate of UCLA, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts English Literature, Bob Lee turned his love of literature and linguistics to aggressive, yet artful representation of his clients in bankruptcy court.  Mr. Lee's previous experiences include the United States District Court [now retired Judge David V. Kenyon], Moot Court Honors Program at UCLA Law School, and volunteer at the Asian Pacific American Legal Center.  Bob is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist [1 of 35 in Los Angeles County].  He is admitted to practice in all four District Courts [Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern].   Mr. Lee is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, past Board member of Korean American Bar Association, past Chair of the Multi-Cultural Bar Alliance, and is rated "Superb" 10 of 10 by Avvo.com [an independent attorney rating website].   

Joann Pung

Joann Pung is a Senior Paralegal with the law firm.  She is responsible for assisting Mr. Lee in the preparation and filing of Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions.  Ms. Pung is experienced in all aspects of the process, including client intake, document and fact gathering, due diligence, credit reports, and responding to Trustee audits and inquiries.  Ms. Pung is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.  

Ellen Lee

Ellen Lee is a Senior Paralegal with the law firm.  She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount College and assists in the preparation and filing of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 petitions.  She has extensive experience in filing Chapter 11 related documents, including Monthly Operating Reports, Motions for Use of Cash Collateral, Disclosure Statements, and Plans of Reorganization.  Ms. Lee is fluent in Korean.
